Hey, I’m Amanda!

Growing up, I ate the standard American diet of fast food, processed junk, and tons of sugar. In high school, I started to become more interested in cooking. Although, it wasn’t until I became vegetarian and later vegan in college when my passion for cooking really began. I absolutely love being able to create plant based versions of foods that I grew up eating. Being able to share those creations with others is especially rewarding. I want to show people that it is possible to enjoy simple, healthy, and delicious meals without contributing to animal suffering. I am vegan for the animals and I consume a whole food plant based diet for my health. All of my recipes are plant-based, vegan, and gluten free. I truly hope you love these recipes as much as I enjoyed creating them!
