Peanut Butter Energy Balls

Peanut Butter Energy Balls | VG | GF | RSF |

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 2 tbsp ground flax seed

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, add the oats, hemp seeds, chia seeds, and flax seeds. Stir to combine well.

  2. Add in the peanut butter and maple syrup. Mix together until all of the oats are coated with peanut butter and everything begins to stick together.

  3. Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, scoop out some of the mixture and roll into balls. Set in the fridge for 10-15 minutes and then enjoy! Keep leftovers stored in the fridge.
