Ingredients
Crust ~
1 cup rolled oats
2 tbsp ground flax seed
1 tbsp almond butter
3 tbsp date syrup
pinch of salt
Base ~
2 frozen bananas
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup coconut cream
1 tbsp date syrup
Instructions
Line a baking dish or loaf pan with some parchment paper. In a food processor, add in the oats, flax seed, almond butter, date syrup, and salt. Process until everything begins to form together.
Press the mixture into a firm even layer in the baking dish or loaf pan. Set aside while you prepare the base.
In a high speed blender, add in the frozen bananas, frozen strawberries, coconut cream, and date syrup. Blend on high until smooth and pour over the crust.
Set in the freezer and freeze for 2-4 hours. Top with more strawberries, cut into bars, and enjoy!
