Raspberry Macadamia Nut Granola Bites

Raspberry Macadamia Nut Granola Bites | VG | GF | RSF |

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 2 tbsp ground flax seeds

  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds

  • 1 tbsp cashew butter

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup date syrup

  • 1/2 cup macadamia nuts

  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries

Instructions

  1. Line a loaf pan with some parchment paper and set aside. In a large bowl, add in the rolled oats, chia seeds, flax seeds, hemp seeds, and macadamia nuts. Combine well.

  2. Add in the cashew butter, maple syrup, and date syrup. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry until everything begins to stick together. Fold in the fresh raspberries.

  3. Spread the mixture into an even and firm layer in the loaf pan. Top with extra raspberries and macadamia nuts if desired.

  4. Set the loaf pan in the fridge and let them firm up for a at least an hour. Cut into small squares and enjoy! Keep stored in the fridge.
