Ingredients
1 cup medjool dates
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup coconut chips or shreds
1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons coconut butter
2 tablespoons date sugar (or coconut sugar)
2 tablespoons cacao powder
2 tablespoons cacao nibs
4-5 tablespoons of water
Instructions
Add the dates to a food processor and pulse until they begin to form together.
Add the oats, coconut chips, coconut butter, date sugar, cacao powder, cacao nibs, and water. Blend until a dough forms.
Roll into balls and set in the fridge or freezer to firm up. Enjoy!
