Ingredients
1 cup medjool dates
1 cup oat flour
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or plant milk of choice)
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup vegan chocolate chips
Instructions
Add dates to a food processor and pulse until they begins to stick together.
Add in oat flour, almond milk, coconut oil, and vanilla. Process until a dough forms.
Transfer to a small bowl and fold in the chocolate chips. Enjoy!
