Apple Crisp

Ingredients

Apples ~

  • 4 apples of choice

  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon

  • 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil

  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

Crumble ~

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup almond flour

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

  • 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil

  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar

  • Dash of cinnamon

  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Pre heat oven to 350. Chop the apples up into even slices (you can leave the skin on or peel it off).

  2. In a large bowl, add apple slices, cinnamon, coconut oil, and maple syrup. Coat all of the apple slices well. Pour the apples into an 8x8 baking dish.

  3. For the crisp, add all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl and combine. Crumble the mixture over the apples in an even layer.

  4. Bake for about 30 minutes. Enjoy with vanilla ice cream, dairy free yogurt, or nut butter!
