Chocolate Coconut Bliss Balls | VG | GF | RSF

Ingredients

  • 1 cup medjool dates

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup coconut chips or shreds

  • 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons coconut butter

  • 2 tablespoons date sugar (or coconut sugar)

  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder

  • 2 tablespoons cacao nibs

  • 4-5 tablespoons of water

Instructions

  1. Add the dates to a food processor and pulse until they begin to form together.

  2. Add the oats, coconut chips, coconut butter, date sugar, cacao powder, cacao nibs, and water. Blend until a dough forms.

  3. Roll into balls and set in the fridge or freezer to firm up. Enjoy!
