Chocolate Truffles

Chocolate Truffles | VG | GF | RSF | RAW |

Ingredients

  • 8 medjool dates

  • 1/2 cup cacao powder

  • 1/3 cup oat flour

  • 1 tablespoon cacao nibs

  • 1 tablespoon date syrup (or 1-2 extra dates)

  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a food processer, pulse the pitted medjool dates until they begin to stick together.

  2. Add in the cacao powder, oat flour, cacao nibs, date syrup or extra dates, and salt. Pulse to combine and then process until a dough forms.

  3. Divide the dough into 6 even sections and roll into balls. Roll each one in some extra cacao powder, crushed Goji berries, or other toppings of choice. Shredded coconut or hemp seeds would be great too. Keep stored in the fridge. Enjoy!
