Ingredients

  • 1 cup medjool dates

  • 1 cup oat flour

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or plant milk of choice)

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/4 cup vegan chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Add dates to a food processor and pulse until they begins to stick together.

  2. Add in oat flour, almond milk, coconut oil, and vanilla. Process until a dough forms.

  3. Transfer to a small bowl and fold in the chocolate chips. Enjoy!
