Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients
3/4 cup natural peanut butter
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1 cup gluten free flour (or all purpose if not GF)
1/4 cup maple syrup
4 tablespoons melted coconut oil
3 tablespoons water
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions
Pre heat your oven to 350 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine your dry ingredients - flour, salt, and baking powder.
In a separate bowl, mix together the peanut butter, coconut sugar, coconut oil, maple syrup, and water.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms. Set in the fridge to chill for about 15 minutes.
Using a tablespoon, scoop out the dough and form cookie balls. To get the traditional peanut butter cookie look, use a fork to press into the top of each cookie. Flatten each one slightly and bake at 350 for 12-14 minutes. Let cool on a cooling rack and enjoy!
