Raspberry Macadamia Nut Fudge

Ingredients
1/2 cup tahini
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1/4 cup macadamia nut flour
1/4 cup fresh raspberries
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon salt
Instructions
In a bowl, add your tahini, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla extract and combine well.
Then add in the macadamia nut flour and salt and mix together with the dry ingredients.
Fold in the raspberries and mash some with a fork so it spreads throughout the fudge more.
In a glass container (I used a rectangular one), spread the mixture into an even layer. Top with extra raspberries and macadamia nut flour (optional) and cover with a lid or tin foil. Place in the freezer for at least an hour. Cut into squares and enjoy! Keep stored in the fridge or freezer.
