Chocolate Peanut Butter Donuts

Ingredients
1 cup almond flour
1/2 cup spelt flour
1/3 cup cacao powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
1/2 cup pure maple syrup
3/4 cup water
For the glaze ~
2 tbsp pure maple syrup
3 tbsp water
1 tbsp natural peanut butter
Instructions
Pre heat the oven to 350. In a large bowl, add in the almond flour, spelt flour, cacao powder, baking powder, and pinch of salt. Combine well.
In a small bowl, add in the pure maple syrup and water. Whisk well until smooth.
Pour the wet ingredients into the larger bowl with the dry ingredients. Mix until everything is well combined and you have a smooth batter.
Divide evenly in the donut baking pan, it should make six donuts total.
Bake the donuts at 350 for about 25 minutes. While those are baking, make the peanut butter glaze.
In a small bowl, add in the maple syrup, peanut butter, and water. Mix well until smooth.
Once the donuts are done, let cool and then dip each one into the glaze. Top with some cacao nibs and enjoy!
